Sterling Pathology National Laboratories has always strived for high-quality laboratory practices. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, they wanted to find a way to offer their services to the community. The goal was fast, efficient testing for large groups, whether that be companies re-opening their offices, schools getting back to in-person classes, or large public events. They approached LookinLA seeking help with their branding and messaging.
Sterling was still developing their brand and core ideas when they approached us. Through multiple meetings and mutual collaboration, we solidified Sterling’s value propositions and brand voice. From there, we helped Sterling develop a B2B marketing strategy for bulk testing that included email marketing and both LinkedIn and Google advertisements. We also produced several eBooks for Sterling that clearly outlined their testing processes for potential clients.
